Volunteer On-Site Admin & Events Coordinator

Works directly with Michael to provide program and administrative related support as needed to facilitate in the achievement of Red Binder Mafia’s mission. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assists in scheduling and coordinating events
• Assists with class rerecruitment
• Performs general administrative and other tasks as requested

The person in this position is a volunteer, which means there is no pay involved. From time to time, we will be able to provide a monetary bonus, or product from our back stock. Are you OK with that?*

Do you have any clerical experience? (Answering phones, sending emails, etc...)*

In this position you may be asked to speak in front of a crowd, or groups of people;
Would you be comfortable with it?*

The person in this position will be asked to help out with our couponing classes. It requires that you be on location, and help out before, during, and after the class;
Will you be able to help when needed?*

The person in this position will be asked to meet with Michael, at least once a week, in or around Northern Kentucky. Do you drive?*
