Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
POSITION SUMMARYThe Project Coordinator supports all administrative tasks of a project including but not limited to invoicing, scheduling, hosting weekly meetings, organize the production schedule to ensure timely delivery to field to meet installation schedule, report results and issues to the project manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Communicate with various departments and subcontractors in an effective and productive manner
- Manage project schedule and budget
- Enter and manage accounts receivable invoicing
- Review invoices and escalate any invoicing discrepancies
- Coordinate job site rentals and enter corresponding purchase orders in Quick Books
- Enter timesheets of field employees into payroll system
- Analyze progress and determine issues in the schedule in a timely manner
- Manage change orders
- Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly detailed and results oriented
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Associate’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Experience with high level scheduling.
- Experience working with customers in planning and troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in coordinating department activities with other departments.
- Willingness to travel as required (
