Key Responsibilities- At least 1 full year of clinical experience as a licensed RN (post externships)
- Schedule:
Currently MWF 4:30 am – 5:30 pm (will extend clinic hours to Monday‑Saturday and you must be available) - The location has 10 chairs and currently 3 dialysis technicians.
- Shift differential for travel, paid mileage
- Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility!
- Works well in a team, has great leadership skills, time management, can take and give redirection when needed, is not afraid to speak up and communicate, and is a critical thinker.

- Paid training: may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
- 30%:
Supervises and performs direct patient care – taking and monitoring vital signs, dialysis initiation and termination, documentation, physical assessment, order transcription, and laboratory work. - 20%:
Provides dialysis therapy – formulating plans, managing ultrafiltration, verifying safety measures, administering medications, and discontinuing dialysis per procedure. - 20%:
Analyzes patient assessments and lab data, raises concerns, documents observations, and communicates emergencies or emergencies to the supervisor, Medical Director, Regional Operations Director, Facility or Group Facility Administrator. - 15%:
Assesses patient and family learning readiness, provides education on renal disease and treatment, participates in care planning and monthly progress notes.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or B.S.N. or three‑year diploma from an accredited program substitutable for a nursing degree.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a nurse.
- Optional experience: ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg, Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
