Shift ScheduleSwing Shift: Mon—Thurs 2:30 pm to 12:00 am;
Fri 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
- Fill customer orders and deliver them to the packing area or loading dock.
- Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure order completeness and correctness.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, product code).
- Mark materials with identifying information using the appropriate method.
- Repair bins as required.
- Maintain a clean and clutter‑free work area and warehouse.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, wearing and using the proper safety equipment.
- Adhere to Company policy and procedures.
- Perform duties as workload necessitates.
- Communicate regularly with Warehouse Managers or Inventory Control about stock location issues or changes requested by Wilmar employees.
- Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and prioritize workload.
- Consistently report to work on time and prepared to perform duties of the position.
Employment Type:
Full‑time
Salary: $22–$23 per hour
- Ability to commute/relocate to Kent, WA 98032.
- Minimum one year of order‑picking experience in a warehouse.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to read and understand safety instructions, work orders, and written procedures in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond to common directions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information to employees for clarification or training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
