Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Location: Kent, WA (and surrounding Puget Sound area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (overtime may be required)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually + Profit Sharing after 1 year of service

Simply Great Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations for one of our valued distribution clients. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring accurate and efficient material flow, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced warehouse environments, takes ownership of operations, and is committed to team development and continuous improvement. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer fulfillment and overall business performance.

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse employees to support performance and growth
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with management regarding workflow, staffing needs, and operational challenges
• Represent Simply Great Staffing and the client company in a professional manner at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Two or more years of experience leading a warehouse or operations team
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or similar warehouse environments
• Proven experience training and developing employees Required Competencies

  Working Conditions
  • Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor yard activities
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Occasional use of stairs, kneeling, or crouching may be required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English
