Your Impact

As a Warehouse Associate at Wayfair, you are the engine of our logistics network, directly responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition. We move large volumes of product, from small parcels to full-size furniture, and rely on your focus on speed, safety, and attention to detail to keep our supply chain moving. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’ll be cross-trained across various fulfillment functions, giving you diverse experience in every step of the process—from inbound receipt to preparing final-mile deliveries.

• Move and handle furniture orders and inventory safely; manual lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and team lifting up to 150 lbs as needed.
• Use scanners, handheld devices (e.g., Nexus), and warehouse software to track and update inventory and order locations.
• Perform quality control tasks including inspecting, repackaging, labeling, and sorting to prevent damage before shipping.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Be willing to move between departments (Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns) based on operational needs.

• Physical capability: ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift (8+ hours) in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled warehouse; frequently lift/move merchandise up to 75+ lbs unassisted.
• Ability to read and comprehend English for safety.
• Experience (Preferred):
  Previous warehouse/logistics experience;
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
