• High attention to detail with strong follow-up practices
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Transportation or logistics experience preferred (shipping, receiving, distribution, dispatch)
• Experience with routing/dispatch software systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel required)

What You'll Do

• Optimize daily routing and asset utilization to maximize operational efficiency
• Code delivery manifests and build trucks within the operating system
• Input and verify delivery information, including addresses and zip codes
• Compile statistical data and generate operational reports
• Assist with dispatching and real-time delivery support as needed
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details and time windows
• Support cross-dock, inbound, and outbound route planning
• Help develop materials for routing process improvement initiatives
• Maintain department files and provide administrative support
• Collaborate with logistics design teams to enhance weekly optimization plans
