PositionFacility Maintenance Service - Automated Distribution Center (Medical/Surgical supplies)
Location: Kent, WA, USA - 6520 South 228th St.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 11:30 am-8:00 pm.
Note:
shift subject to change. OT may be required as needed.
Compensation: $28-30/hr

Job SummaryMcKesson's temperature controlled automated Distribution Center in Seattle (Kent), WA is expanding their team and currently hiring a Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician

The distribution team is seeking an individual who has repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform complex technical tasks. This candidate should be able to communicate professionally with a wide range of groups from upper management to front line employees and possess an aptitude to learn quickly on new conveyance systems.
WhatYou Will Need
- Facility, maintenance or service technician experience
- Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of different equipment used in a distribution center environment
- Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
- Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
- Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades
- Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OHSHA
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to four-story heights in a warehouse environment.
