The Facilities Technician provides hands‑on maintenance and facility support across company warehouses and branch locations.—you focus on routine maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and coordination with vendors to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This is an individual contributor role that supports multiple sites and requires travel as needed.

Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

• Perform routine facility maintenance and minor repairs (lighting, doors, fixtures, patching, basic plumbing,ètes).
• Conduct facility walk‑throughs to identify maintenance, safety, or repair needs.
• Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance cer requests and work orders.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs, inspections, or services.
• Assist with small facility projects and improvements.
• Support safety initiatives by reporting hazardsigot facility concerns.
• Maintain basic documentation related to maintenance activities.
• Travel to warehouse and branch locations as needed to support facility needs.

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or a related trade.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry basics).
• Forklift
  
  TRAIN? And general warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of and ability to safely use power tools required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
• Comfortable working in warehouse and industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
• Basicكل computer skills for work orders and documentation.

(Certifications not required — training provided as needed)

• Regular walking, standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work performed in warehouse, branch, and office environments.
• Ability to safely work at heights using equipment such as a scissor lift.

This role supports multiple warehouse and branch locations across several states. Travel is required and may include day trips and occasional overnight stays.
On average, local travel is expected approximately 2–3 days per month, with rare occasions requiring travel to out-of-state branch locations. Travel schedules are planned in advance whenever possible.
