Responsibilities:
Responsible for mechanical and hydraulic-related component repair in a variety of customer parts and equipment. Service-based role that will require troubleshooting, identifying and servicing motor and related components.
Starting Pay Rate: $60,000-$80,000 starting base salary + Commission + Bonus
* Company Equipment will be provided (Cell Phone, Computer)
Hours: 8 hours a day, standard business hours with dynamic communication needs

Job Description:
- Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers
- Enthusiastically grow sales while simultaneously enhancing margins
- Interact daily with customer prospects via email, phone, and in person
- Leverage new and existing relationships to win new customers
- Work with Purchasing, Sales, Shop, C-Suite and Engineering contacts to identify and close new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal resources to identify new opportunities
- Utilize our CRM by updating your new and ongoing sales opportunities daily
- Develop proposals and present to customers and prospective clients
- Submit approved business plan to review monthly with manager
- Must call on new accounts weekly
- Must report on weekly calls scheduled for each week.
- Must make at least two sales calls per month with AE's, Engineering, Elevat, or Manufacturers.
- Quarterly Outside Sales policy reviews
- Complete special projects and assignments as requested
- 5+ years of Industrial sales experience strongly desired
- A documented personal sales process
- Experience writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or PLC controllers a plus
- Proficient with MS word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Consultative Sales Skills Training
- A Positive "Can-Do" Attitude
- A desire to help Teammates succeed, always helping where needed
