We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Counter Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and always looking to expand their product knowledge
and customer relationships!

Compensation &

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• Starting Pay: $24 per hour.
• Pay Range: $24 - $28 per hour
• Annual Bonus: Discretionary year-end bonus.

A Day in the Life:

As a Counter Sales Associate
, you will be the firstpoint of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting, applying,and purchasing a wide range of fasteners, industrial hardware,tools, and maintenance and shop supplies
. You will serve avariety of industries, including transportation, heavy equipment, maintenance and repair departments, sand/gravel pits, and machine shops
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and telephone customers with product inquiries,special requests, and pricing.
• Identify customer needs, clarify product specifications, andlocate or retrieve products.
• Finalize transactions and assist with product shipments when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote company products and services to drive additional sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional storefront.
