Position Overview

The National Retail & Showroom Manager will own the strategy, performance, and execution of Redwood Outdoors’ retail showroom operations nationwide. This role is responsible for leading and developing Inside Sales Experts (Showroom) and future retail staff, ensuring best‑in‑class customer experiences, strong sales performance, and operational excellence across all locations. This leader will serve as the bridge between e‑commerce, inside sales, and in checkbox retail, ensuring Redwood Outdoors’ luxury brand standards are upheld at every customer touch point.

Key Responsibilities Retail & Showroom Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop all showroom based Inside Sales Experts and retail staff nationwide
  • Establish clear performance expectations aligned with revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Foster a consultative, customer‑first sales culture that reflects Redwood Outdoors’ premium brand
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Own showroom sales performance, including revenue, conversion rates, and incentive effectiveness
  • Train showroom teams on how to sell our saunas and cold plunges
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align showroom sales strategy with e‑commerce and inside sales efforts
  • Analyze showroom sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support the rollout of New products, pricing updates, and promotions within retail locations
Customer Experience Excellence
  • Ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience across all showrooms
  • Set standards for in‑person engagement, follow‑up, and full‑cycle customer ownership
  • Act as an escalation point for complexesses customer issues, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution
  • Champion a seamless omnichannel experience between showroom, phone, chat, and email interactions
Operational & Retail Excellence
  • Oversee showroom operations including staffing models, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and compliance
  • Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery coordination
  • Ensure showrooms are consistently organized, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards热在线精品.
  • Support inventory processes, merchandising standards, and retail operational best practices
Hiring, Trainingथा & Onboarding
  • Lead hiring efforts for showroom and retail sales roles as expansion continues
  • Develop and maintain training programs for Inside Sales Experts, including product knowledge, consultative selling, and systems training
  • Ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently and set up for long‑term success
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and People & Culture teams
  • Provide feedback from showroom teams to inform product improvements, customer insights, andقی marketing strategies
  • Support company‑wide initiatives, pilots, and process improvements related to retail growth
What You’ll Need for the Role
  • 5+ years of retail or showroom leadership experience, preferably in luxury, wellness, fitness, or premium consumer products
  • 3+ years managing multi‑location retail or showroom teams
  • Willingness to travel to showroom locations as needed
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales models and full‑cycle customer ownership
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and scale high‑performing sales teams
  • Experience integrating retail operations with e‑commerce or inside sales environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
