Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center in Kent is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outstanding team! The position offers a competitive pay range of $38.00 - $43.65 per hour, with on‑call schedules available.
We specialize in the care of residents with psychiatric and behavioral health needs, many of whom also have medical illnesses. The facility houses an in‑house mental health program and employs mental health case managers to handle behavioral interventions and care planning.

Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform essential functions.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider authorized by the state, the LPN will participate in the development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive care plan for facility residents. LPNs will practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for the delivery of patient care and related services.
Qualifications- Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the practicing state.
- Demonstrates understanding that state and federal rules and regulations govern the practices within the facility.
- Ongoing pursuit of continuing education credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth, and development.
- Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements of either having been vaccinated or presenting documentation needed for a medical or religious exemption.
