Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom stain colors accurately according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces for painting/staining (sanding, masking, cleaning, priming)
- Operate spray equipment (HVLP, or similar systems)
- Familiar with high pressure pump & spray equipment
- Experieance with maintaining spray booth filtration and monitoring systems.
- Apply finishes evenly and consistently to meet quality standards
- Familiar with converstion varnish, and similiar coatings.
- Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and consistency
- Perform touch-ups, rework, and final detailing as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized finishing area
- Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of paints, chemicals, and equipment
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 Year spraying experience required.
- Knowledge & Skill test prior to hire.
- Experience in spraying, and finishing
- Strong understanding of color matching and paint systems
- Familiarity with industrial or commercial finishing processes
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read work instructions and follow specifications
- Comfortable working with hand tools and spray equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight]
