Operate and monitor galvanizing line equipment, including payoff units, cleaning stations, zinc kettles, cooling sections, and take-up/winding machinery.;
Feed raw wire into the line, ensuring a continuous and efficient material flow throughout the production process.;
Inspect wire for coating quality, diameter consistency, surface defects, and proper zinc adhesion.;
Perform routine adjustments to line speed, temperature, tension, and coating parameters to maintain product specifications.;
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, lockout/tagout, and hot-metal handling protocols.
