Salary: $77,000–$90,000/Year + Benefits

• Execution of daily production control tasks as assigned (including ship reports, and input material releases).
• Analyze sales orders within the planning lead time ensuring material availability to fulfill scheduled orders.
• Support the value stream as required by planning manufacturing build plans.
• Help with troubleshooting and dealing with exceptions to product flow. Perform analysis that highlights trends, drivers, issues with production planning.
• Initiate countermeasures to resolve issues, develop capability, and ensure resolution.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple conflicting projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate and support internal and external supplier replenishment methods.
• Manage discrepant and stranded inventory to minimize work in process.
• Responsible for monitoring, reporting and updating MRB work center manufacturing work orders until returned to the standard flow of work in the shop.
• Actively participate in Lean process improvement and projects.

• Bachelor's degree in business or other technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience but open to recent graduates.
• Manufacturing experience desired, preferably in a high-volume, low-mix environment.
• Use of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Understanding of how to apply Lean in a Job Shop (such as QRM) or in mid-volume repetitive operations (such as Value Stream).
