Pay: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours of Work: 2nd Shift: 12:30pm - 9:00pm
Job SummaryThis role primarily involves working under the direction of a Warehouser to carry out a range of tasks, including assisting with the movement of materials on and off the router cutting table and supporting operations at the water‑jet cutting table. Additional duties include removing and inserting screws and aiding in the sanding of bundles. The position requires heavy lifting as part of its responsibilities.

Job Skills /Experience
- Able to do simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
- Able to read a tape measure accurately to 1⁄16′.
- Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.
- Able to write and print legibly.
- Lift and carry up to 70 lbs. regularly and heavier weight occasionally.
- Physically able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Work under the direction of a Warehouser to perform various tasks.
- Assist with the movement of materials on and off the router cutting table.
- Support operations at the water‑jet cutting table.
- Remove and insert screws as needed.
- Aid in the sanding of bundles.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
Job Skills /Experience
- Experience operating side loader.
- Experience operating metal cutting saws and shears.
- Able to measure accurately with a micrometer.
- Knowledge of corrosion‑resistant metals.
- Experience moving heavy loads.
- Experience with metal cutting saws.

Physical RequirementsThis work is defined in the medium strength category. It involves continual handling of various weights as work order varies. Standing and walking are inherent features of this work when retrieving orders. Some intermittent sitting may occur when operating the forklift or side loader.
Typical physical demands in an 8‑hour day include standing for 30–1 hour, walking for 30–1 hour, and sitting for 15–45 minutes, with certain tasks requiring lifting up to 70 lbs. The job also involves repetitive hand use, pushing and pulling, and occasional climbing and stooping.
Sensory requirements include hearing and speaking, adequate vision acuity, and ability to differentiate controls on machinery.
Environmental conditions involve indoor and outdoor work, variable temperatures, wetness, humidity, noise requiring hearing protection, vibration, and potential exposure to dust and fumes.
