Position: Production Dry Room Operator - 1st Shift

Oberto Snacks is seeking a Production Dry Room Operator for 1st shift. The role involves organizing and executing the finished product weighing process, initiating the cook cycle, and recording and verifying finished product quality data.

• 1st Shift - 8 hours per day with possible daily overtime and during peak summer/fall production.

Hourly: $23-$24 per hour, starting rate $23.00 per hour for 1st shift.

• Set appropriate controls (temperature and humidity) to required levels.
• Record information on charts, monitor the cook process, and notify the lead/supervisor of any problems to ensure proper yield.
• Understand and complete HACCP and quality paperwork accurately.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure proper production flow.
• Operate ovens on both the raw and finished sides of production.
• Ensure product quality.
• Make necessary adjustments to GCO/Wolverine with lead approval.
• Communicate information affecting production to incoming shift Operator(s) and Lead.
• Perform job duties in compliance with all GMPs and safety standards.

• 6 months production/processing experience preferred.
• 6 months large manufacturing operator experience preferred.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
