Responsibilities- Manage a team of grooms and oversee day‑to‑day yard operations
- Hands‑on work in the yard, maintaining a Dressage/Training/Rehab yard of 23 stables
- Provide riding and schooling for suitable candidates
- Liaise with feed merchants, vets, farriers and other service providers
- Maintain horse/staff diaries and organise schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high horse‑care standards
- Riding (hacking/exercising)
- Bandaging
- Car driving licence
This position is available from mid‑April.
