Accounting Manager

What you’ll do

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources functions
• Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and support financial planning
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with operations to ensure proper valuation and controls
• Analyze inventory turnover and recommend process improvements

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of related accounting experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, inventory experience
• 3+ years of experience managing, supervising, and motivating staff
• You are proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based tools
