Job Title:Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will oversee in-house crews and subcontractors, work directly with customers, and be involved in bidding and billing projects. You are committed to doing the job right, striving for excellence, and embracing challenges.
In addition, your responsibilities include:
Managing and leading project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.Reporting and communicating daily with customers and internal management.Building processes and teams to meet project requirements.Coordinating with the Project Construction Lead on project timing, execution, and closeout.Leading weekly meetings with clients and project teams.Assigning tasks to crews and overseeing their work.Bidding and billing projects upon completion.Approving timesheets and daily logs.Ensuring crews have the necessary equipment.Performing other duties as assigned.About You:
Prioritize safety in your daily activities.Have a proven track record of high-quality work completion.Enjoy solving complex problems and taking a hands-on approach.Seek long-term project opportunities.Like working closely with your team.Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.Have at least 3 years of construction project experience.Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Have intermediate schedule management skills.Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Have good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity at various distances.Can distinguish colors and read blueprints accurately.Can communicate project progress and issues effectively to leadership.Have safety training and OSHA knowledge.Hard work pays off.
