We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney with a strong background in matrimonial and domestic abuse cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law and a passion for advocating for clients in sensitive situations.

Job Details Responsibilities
  • Representing clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, domestic abuse, and alimony cases.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements, divorce papers, custody agreements, and protective orders.
  • Conducting thorough case investigations to uncover valuable information and evidence.
  • Providing compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients facing difficult personal and legal challenges.
  • Participating in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop effective strategies and solutions for complex family law cases.
  • Staying updated on current trends and developments in family law to provide the most accurate and effective legal advice.
Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • A current license to practice law in Washington State.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
  • Proven experience in handling sensitive cases with compassion and discretion.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients in difficult situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • A strong ethical compass, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility and confidentiality.
