Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Developer
. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

• Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Pega Infinity platform.
• Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
• Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment.
• Will be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer.
• Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
• Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience (including Internships).
• Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
• Pega Infinity experience.
• Pega Architecture experience (Beginner).
• Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate).
• Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
• Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
• Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
