We are looking for a Senior System and Process Analyst to join the Kit Integration Tracking Systems (KITS) team based out of Puget Sound in a hybrid capacity. This fast‑paced, growth‑oriented IT role focuses on critical kitting and manufacturing processes that track commodity kits from their arrival at the Material Integration Center, their utilization at point of use, and their return logistics.
PositionResponsibilities
- Serve as an experienced systems and data analyst for KITS: elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and Fabrication.
- Facilitate team collaboration meetings and sessions to demonstrate completed user stories, review new stories, clarify complex requirements, and obtain consensus across business and IT organizations.
- Maintain and prioritize the Azure Dev Ops backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria) and run backlog grooming with cross‑functional teams.
- Translate requirements into functional and non‑functional specifications and produce traceable acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify user needs and internal customer expectations.
- Conduct gap and process analysis to identify improvements; recommend and document solution options.
- Perform data analysis to validate business rules, produce test datasets, and improve system performance.
- Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate system behavior; support incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and corrective requirements.
- Capture tribal knowledge, maintain runbooks and documentation, and mentor stakeholders on system behavior and accepted processes.
- Support monthly production releases (once per month on Saturday evenings) and release‑related testing validation and coordination.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices and translate them into practical improvements.
- 5+ years of experience researching and analyzing process, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design.
- 5+ years of experience with software development in Agile methodology.
- 5+ years of experience leading sessions to review and document business processes.
- 5+ years of experience partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
- Experience translating use cases into technical requirements, and vice versa.
- Experience with manufacturing and quality business processes.
- Experience navigating enterprise databases and extracting transactional data using SQL and ad‑hoc query tools to validate business rules, build test data sets, and support root‑cause analysis.
- Experience with handheld scanner workflows and constraints, and how those impact UI/UX and error handling.
- Experience analyzing complex processes and communicating effectively across diverse stakeholders, both business and IT.
- Experience engaging diverse teams, asking targeted questions, and clearly documenting outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings and requirements to business and technical audiences.

Pay & BenefitsSummary pay range: $128,350 - $173,650. Pay is based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations. Boeing offers a Total Rewards package that includes competitive base pay, variable compensation opportunities, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Eligibility for specific programs depends on location, date of hire, and collective bargaining agreements.
