Position Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with hiring managers and HR to identify, engage, and hire talent across multiple operational and technical functions. This role supports high-volume and specialized recruiting needs, including Call Center, Warehouse, Repair, ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), IT, and coordinates with partners to fill temporary staffing roles supporting our locations in Carol Stream, IL;
Kent, WA;
Auburn WA, and Clifton Park, NY. Building a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for these locations is a key priority.

This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process and works closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality hires. The Recruiter will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support both permanent and temporary workforce needs.

This role operates in a hybrid office model with two days a week onsite in either our Carol Stream IL or Auburn WA locations.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand needs and put together an effective strategy to deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates for review
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
  • Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
  • Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion
  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
  • Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
