Be responsible for overseeing all Banquet Functions to include coffee breaks, buffet, plated and reception events;
Maintain labor costs and budget goals;
Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO);
Maintain all Banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance;
Be responsible for inventory control, beverage inventory, ordering, receiving and controls;
Order linen and maintain uniforms.
