• Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the Scope Care team

• A kind, respectful, and supportive attitude
• Great communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Some experience in a care or support setting (preferred but not essential – we provide full training)
• A full UK driving licence (preferred for some roles)
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check (we can help you obtain this)
