Documentation Specialist - temp (possible conversation to full-time employee)
Kent, WA - on-site, Monday - Friday

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to manage customer documentation and support end‑user inquiries. This on‑site role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Maintain organized, accurate customer records in One Drive (contracts, routing guides, compliance docs).
- Respond to consumer inquiries via email, phone, and mail; coordinate replacement shipments as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all situations.
- Use internal/external resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Deliver high‑quality work with strong attention to detail and precise data entry.
- Apply sound judgment and problem‑solving skills while managing multiple priorities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in customer service, admin support, or documentation management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and One Drive.
