Customer Service Representative – FASTSIGNS® Kent, WA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
FASTSIGNS® Kent is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support business customers with signage and visual communication projects. This is a career-focused role for someone with sign experience, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and masterful multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
This is not a graphic design position.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, always with a positive, enthusiastic approach
- Prepare estimates, create work orders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Use Hub Spot CRM to track customer interactions, tasks, and opportunities (training provided)
- Coordinate closely with production and team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
- Build long-term relationships with business and construction clients through proactive, friendly communication
- 2–3 years of customer service, counter sales, or sign experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
- Masterful multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
