Business Developer and Operations Coordinator
We're hiring for a hybrid role combining business development, operations support, and execution at 3T Logistics, a growing logistics company in Seattle, WA. This role offers clear growth opportunities into Sales, Account Management, or Operations Management as the company scales.
We are forming our core team and building systems from the ground up. We're not looking for someone to fill a role; we want someone who wants to build alongside us, understands that in a growing company roles evolve, responsibilities increase, and growth is earned.
You will work closely with the GM and Operations Team, operate independently, and take real ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new LTL business opportunities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline; visit customers locally and out of state
- Negotiate and sign new customer contracts
- Support driver hiring (screening, scheduling, onboarding)
- Assist with insurance, claims, and DOT documentation
- Research markets, companies, and growth opportunities
- Assist with warehouse coordination and shipment receiving when needed
- LTL experience and understanding of logistics
- Sales or business development experience with a desire for more ownership
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Ability to work independently and follow through
- Willingness to grow with a company, not just work for one
- Logistics/transportation background
- Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills
- Excel proficiency
- Ability to travel on short notice
- $25–35/hour + commissions
- Part‑time (25 hrs/week) or Full‑time (40 hrs/week)
- Possible car allowance
- Clear growth path into Sales or Operations Management
