Job Description Benefits and Employee Recognition Processing
  • Assists in the administration of employee benefits programs, including Group Medical and Non-Medical Insurances and other benefits.
  • Provides administrative support to employees by answering benefit‑related inquiries, assisting with forms, and helping employees navigate benefits‑related administrative processes.
  • Maintains benefit plan documents, policies, and procedures, making them easily accessible to employees.
  • Oversees the invoicing and billing process for benefit plans, reconciling bills and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
  • Supports the administration of employee recognition schemes such as Long Service Awards and National Day Awards.
  • Processes claims under the Staff Tuition Concession scheme.
Vendor Management
  • Collaborates with benefits vendors to facilitate the smooth operation of benefit plans, including processing claims, resolving billing issues, and communicating with vendors on administrative matters.
  • Monitors and manages the claims processing workflow, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Investigates and resolves any discrepancies or issues.
Data Management
  • Maintains accurate and confidential records of employee benefits enrolment, claims, and other relevant data.
  • Generates reports to track benefits utilization and costs, assisting in decision‑making and cost‑control efforts.
Communication and Education
  • Coordinates logistics for events, including venues, schedules, and technical requirements.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in HR administration, employee benefits, or vendor coordination will be considered favorably.
