ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Administrative Services Assistant 2 will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to managers and staff, handling confidential correspondence, calendars, meetings, records, and travel coordination. The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, along with the ability to track action items, maintain documentation, and support compliance with internal policies and deadlines.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of administrative/clerical experience, including 4+ years supporting administrative functions with Microsoft Office tools. Intermediate to advanced SharePoint experience is required to manage, update, and maintain sites and records efficiently.
This full-time position is located in Kent, WA.
Pay Rate: $30.5 - $36.89

- Provide comprehensive, confidential administrative and clerical support to managers and staff, ensuring daily operations run efficiently
- Proactively manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedules, meetings, interviews, training sessions, conferences, and organizational events
- Prepare, proofread, review, and process correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documentation, ensuring compliance with established administrative policies and procedures
- Attend meetings as requested; record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes; track action items and ensure timely follow-up and completion
- Maintain detailed tracking systems for action items, projects, performance, training, and delegated tasks; alert management to risks, delays, or issues
- Establish, maintain, and administer SharePoint sites, document repositories, trackers, calendars, and records in accordance with information governance and records management requirements
- Serve as a primary liaison with internal service groups including HR, IT, Security, Facilities, Safety, Procurement, Travel, Payroll, and administrative support teams
- Support personnel-related activities such as onboarding, training compliance, performance management documentation, time and attendance reporting, telework agreements, and employee records
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare travel authorizations and vouchers, track approvals, and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with policy
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail distribution, printing, scanning, and general office services
- Support procurement and Purchase Card (P-Card) processes, including reconciliation, documentation review, and compliance with procurement and payment policies
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, presentations, retirements, recognition events, and organizational meetings
- Serve as backup to other senior administrative staff and actively participate in administrative team meetings and continuous process improvement efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint or a similar system sufficient to:
- Support, manage, edit and maintain site.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
