What you will be doing:

We are looking for a Street Works Administrator to join our Wrotham office to cover the day-to-day management of our utilities contracts.
This role is on-site.

Responsibilities include:
  • Importing works from client systems into Works Management Systems, with a focus on accurate information and correction where required
  • Submitting Permits in accordance with the Traffic Management Act
  • Entering permit work starts, stops and registration details across multiple contracts in a timely and accurate manner to tight deadlines
  • Reporting on works instructions received and distribution internally and externally
  • Administration of defective and interim reinstatements, including liaising with Depots, external partners, and Highway Authorities
Working pattern:

Please note the work pattern is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

In addition to this our team:

  • Evening work 9-10pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis with additional compensation
  • Bank holiday cover at 1.5 x hourly rate and TOIL
  • Weekend working with TOIL during weekdays on a rota basis.
Could you be the one?
  • Previous experience in an administration focused role
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
  • An understanding of NRSWA legislation is preferrable but not required as full training is provided
