Signature Builder Solutions is a provider of interior finishes specializing in new construction. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative office environment. Professional communication and a positive attitude are essential.

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Process and monitor return and credit requests with suppliers
• Prepare and process weekly check runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor files to ensure compliance
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Support the accounting team with data entry and related office tasks
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding billing questions
• Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Sage 50 experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to new procedures and multitask in a fast-paced environment
