Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Kent, WA
Salary: $50,000 – $58,000 DOE

This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle accounts payable and the chance to be a trusted go-to for invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment operations. • Manage full-cycle accounts payable with accuracy and timeliness

• Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system

• Process weekly check runs and vendor payments

• Organize, scan, and maintain historical and backlogged AP documentation

• Research and resolve invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies

• Assist the accounting team with special projects and ad hoc support as needed

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred

• At least 1 year of hands-on accounts payable or general accounting experience

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

• Clear communicator with strong customer service instincts

• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
