Salary Range: $58,240 – $68,640

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial records and supporting broader accounting operations.

Overview of the Staff Accountant Role:

• Maintain accounting records, including general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers
• Record and review transactions within the accounting system
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations, including intercompany and bank accounts
• Post monthly, quarterly, and year-end accruals
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
• Assist with year-end audit requests and documentation

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• A sense of ownership and pride in the quality of your work
