We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician with skills in other trades to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Dartford, West Malling, and surrounding areas.

A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

• Wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs
• Void works and property MOTs related to specialist and secondary trades
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and within required deadlines

• Qualified Electrician with skills in other trades
• 18th Edition certificate
• 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle will be provided for work use only)

• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
• Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
