Leading fashion brand are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the retail team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Specializing in fashion accessories our store combines style, service, and trend-forward offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet sales and service goals
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client interactions professionally
Monitor sales performance, manage targets, and report on KPIs
Ensure effective inventory control and stock management

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a retail management role (preferably in fashion or beauty)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
A strong sense of style and awareness of current fashion and accessory trends
Highly organized and detail-oriented
