Retail Manager – Dymchurch
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Hours:
Full-time, 9 am–4.30 pm Monday to Saturday (Wednesday off)
Duration: 2–6 weeks
Our client, a respected charitable organisation, is seeking a Retail Manager to cover their Dymchurch branch temporarily. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train volunteers
* Support daily shop operations
* Complete store administration tasks
* Implement health & safety protocols

Person Specification:
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Previous retail management or supervisory experience is desirable
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable with IT and numeracy
