Locum Community Nurse

Band 5 Community Nurse – Gravesham (Locum)

Dream Medical are working with a Community Hospital in Gravesham and are looking for an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse to complete ad‑hoc sessions. The session times are 08:00‑16:00 and 09:00‑17:00 Monday‑Friday.

• Undertaking complex holistic assessments both in the community and hospital settings
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
• Working in partnership across role boundaries of health and social care and working within a multi‑disciplinary team

• Degree or equivalent in nursing
• Current NMC registration
• Significant NHS experience as a nurse

This role offers a lucrative rate of pay that is paid on a weekly basis as well as a one‑to‑one consultancy.
