Curtain Maker

Working within the interiors industry, you will be expected to produce amazing premium hand-made curtains and blinds for residential and commercial clients including hotels, spas and stately homes.

Flexible hours of work are offered and homeworking is considered.

General duties to include

* Cutting, sewing, and assembling fabrics and linings for curtains

* Blind stitch hems and finished edges

* Measure and cut fabrics to ensure matching headers

* Inspect finished products for flaws

Key Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in making high-quality curtains and blinds

* Knowledge of fabrics and textiles

* Sewing and stitching skills

* Measuring and cutting accurately

* Attention to detail

* Hand-eye coordination

* Time management

* Communication skills for working with clients and suppliers
