Loadbay Operative - Chiller Environment

Location: Sittingbourne
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

We are currently recruiting a Loadbay Operative to work within a chiller environment at for our client in Sittingbourne. This is a physical, hands-on role involving the stacking and palletising of 10kg tubs of jam ready for dispatch.

• Working in a chilled loadbay environment

• Stacking, moving, and palletising 10kg tubs of jam

• Preparing pallets for storage or distribution

• Following health & safety and manual handling procedures

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a chiller environment

• Must have own transport and be able to drive due to site location

• £12.21 per hour

• Temp to Perm

• Monday to Friday shifts no weekends

• Consistent daytime hours

• On-the-job training and support

• Ongoing work for the right candidate
