• Strategic Visionary :
  Developing and implementing long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies and managing major capital expenditure projects.
• Contract Crusader :
  Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (H&S Fire Water) negotiating and managing all external service contracts.
• Team Leader :
  Leadership training and development of the in-house premises and grounds staff teams.

• Essential Requirements :
  Extensive managerial experience in facilities management within a large institutional environment.
• Salary Range :
  Highly competitive salary (expected to be 55000 - 65000 per annum).
