Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities located in the West End of London. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

On a typical day you will:
Carry out 100% of the lift maintenance and service visits of the units within the West End of London.
Work across the West End, managing the portfolio of lifts within it.
Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation of lifts.
Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

What you will need to be successful:
Hold an NVQ level 3, or equivalent, in lift Service, Maintenance or Repairs.
Hold a drivers license.
You have at least 24 months of experience in the lift sector
Proven experience working with a wide range of kit not just OTIS products.
You are a committed professional, that puts safety at the top of your priority list.
Great problem solver, especially around technical issues.
You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
