Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RGN) to join our reputable nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.

* Supervise and support nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance frameworks.

* Develop care plans, conduct assessments, and ensure the individual needs of residents are met.

* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and their families to ensure quality care and support.

* Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.

Requirements:

* Qualified Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.

* Strong leadership and management skills within a care setting.

* Excellent clinical knowledge and experience in elderly or nursing care.

* Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends.

* Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
