Role Overview

This role will support the Child Health Information Service’s – Improving Immunisation Uptake Team (CHIS – IIU) on delivery of a new commissioned team within the Child Health Information Service in regard to Pre‑School Immunisations data collection from the GP‑Based programmes.

The post holder will support the team and high‑level reporting monitoring uptake and improvements to CHIS, GP’s and commissioners.

The post holder will be required to develop reporting mechanisms using trust programmes to highlight potential areas of improvement with stakeholders.

at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Nursing vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses.
