Band 5 Community Nurse - Gravesham (Locum)Dream Medical is working with a Community Hospital in Gravesham and is looking for an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse to complete ad-hoc sessions. The session times are 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities of the nurse:- Undertaking complex holistic assessments both in the community and hospital settings
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
- Working in partnership across role boundaries of health and social care and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Degree or equivalent in nursing
- Current NMC registration
- Significant NHS experience as a nurse
This role offers a lucrative rate of pay, paid weekly, along with one-to-one consultancy support.
