Associate Quantity Surveyor

A well-respected and long-established cost consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team in Central London. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on major commercial and mixed-use developments across London and the Southeast, working directly with prestigious clients and contributing to high-value, complex schemes.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from inception to completion, oversee junior staff, and play an integral role in client relationships and business development. Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Key Responsibilities:

Leading project delivery across pre- and post-contract stages
Managing client relationships and attending key stakeholder meetings
Overseeing junior team members and supporting their development
Providing accurate cost advice and financial reporting
Administering contracts (JCT & NEC) and managing change control
Driving business development and contributing to fee proposals

Associate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS accredited)
MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
6+ years' consultancy experience in the UK
Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts and procurement routes
Proven ability to manage projects and lead client-facing duties
Excellent communication and leadership skills

In Return:

Salary £75,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
