Required:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce

Children and young people with SEMH, trauma, and complex needs - Ratio of staff to children:
High staffing to meet individual needs
- Experienced, caring, and committed Senior Residential Support Worker
- Age 22+ to meet Ofsted regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce
- Minimum 2 years experience working in residential childcare with children/YPs
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Leadership experience: staff supervision, rota management, risk assessments, policies, placement plans, and educational support
- Ability to build positive, long-term relationships with children
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
- Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
⚠️ Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
