Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available: Weekend Shift Friday - Monday 6am - 4:30pm and 3rd shift 10:30pm - 7am
Compensation: $34.01/hr for the first 90 days, then $37.01/hr thereafter

Principal Accountabilities:
- Performing preventative, predictive, and reactive electrical maintenance work throughout the facility
- Documenting all completed work accurately, utilizing maintenance software as needed
- Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing various electrical components and systems including low and medium voltage systems
- Interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
- Performing repairs in close proximity to hazardous materials
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills necessary for documentation and reporting
- Capability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, and crawling, with or without accommodation
- Willingness to work at heights (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures, dust, loud noises, etc., with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems (low, medium, or high voltage)
- Ability to work underground in mining settings
- Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Availability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Certification as a Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to pursue certification
- A technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience (3 years)
- Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance Certifications
- Experience with high voltage systems
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
